Gear Love

Here are a few the things that I consider to be my gear:

Running Shoes- Asics 2150 or 2160s

Weightlifting log book- record progress

RoadID- if you run (or even walk) outside get one!

Hydration Belt

Garmin- I can't run without SEEING the benefits

Sweaty Bands- they are seriously the only headbands that don't slide off!
