Food Love

I eat almost the same thing for breakfast everyday:
Kashi Go Lean, Greek Yogurt, Coffee, and Fruit

Some other staples in my house include:
Greek Yogurt- If we have less than 2 cartons in the fridge it is panic time!

This is my "milk" of choice

Metro Mints- when I can't spare calories for desert or cocktails

1 tbs. Peanut Butter Chunk + 1 tbs honey = pre-run fuel

Chocolate + Yogurt = Love

Protein powder of choice
