How did every body's weekend go? I feel like I spent my entire weekend running and eating. I only ran once, but it was the longest run of our training season. We ran 12 miles and I spent the rest of the weekend feeling everyone of those miles. At the halfway point on our run, we attacked the dreaded State Street Hill. This hill is the last mile of the Salt Lake City marathon. Every year I stress about this hill almost the entire race. Liz and I have been running a lot of hills this season and when we ran State Street this Saturday it was a little....well.....easy.

I ate a lot of quality food over the weekend, but I over ate. Absolutely over ate. I need to live moderation this week. HM and I have hit up the grocery store and we are stalked for the week. I have even packed my lunch and my gym bag for some lunch time cardio and MODERATE refueling.
The recipe HM made was from one of the William Sonoma cookbooks. The books always have top notch recipes, but man are they involved.
Anyone ever tried one?
