Brought To You By The Color Red

Sweets,

How is everyone doing today? Did you notice the extra sunshine when you got off work? I did, but I also felt the time change. My trainer sends me my schedule for the week every Sunday. This week included three 6am workouts. Sure, that is earlier than normal but I didn't think much of it......until yesterday morning:

For you quick Sweets, you noticed that I showed up Monday at 6am. I had to get up at 5:30am....with the time change my body felt it was 4:30am. When I got to the gym it was completely dark. No one was there. Except I couldn't go back to sleep because I had already had caffeine on my way to the gym.
So I just laid there until my next alarm went off at 7:15am. So for the rest of the day, I was dragging. I through together an outfit. I included a scarf to distract everyone from my bloodshot eyes. A little lip stain and I was ready to power through.

For lunch, I enjoyed wonderful strawberries (forget spring, summer must be here!) and delicious almonds.

If you have never tried these, you must stop reading right now and go to the store and BUY SOME!!!! They are amazing. The best part is that they are sweet enough but only have about 4g of sugar per serving. Not bad, not bad at all!!!

I ended my day with a very hard BifG workout. Sprints to the end of the block and dropping to five push-ups. Over and over and over again. Then we had to do 15 burpees in one minute. Then 14 burpees in the next minute. Then 13, the 12...........1. That is basically 15 minutes of burpees! Ouch.

Oh and Sweets? If you have ever left a comment on this blog and then were upset that I never responded....it was because I didn't know how. Truth. I only recently figured out how to enable it. TRY ME!

Can you sweets fall back asleep after you wake up?
