How is everyone doing today? Did you notice the extra sunshine when you got off work? I did, but I also felt the time change. My trainer sends me my schedule for the week every Sunday. This week included three 6am workouts. Sure, that is earlier than normal but I didn't think much of it......until yesterday morning:

I ended my day with a very hard BifG workout. Sprints to the end of the block and dropping to five push-ups. Over and over and over again. Then we had to do 15 burpees in one minute. Then 14 burpees in the next minute. Then 13, the 12...........1. That is basically 15 minutes of burpees! Ouch.
Oh and Sweets? If you have ever left a comment on this blog and then were upset that I never responded....it was because I didn't know how. Truth. I only recently figured out how to enable it. TRY ME!
