I am in Vegas all week for a work conference and I am freaking out! This is no vacation let me tell you. I have a jam packed schedule. Between presentations, meetings, and "optional" team building post work outings, I don't know how I am supposed to keep up on my diet and workout plan. Breakfast, lunch, and dinners will be provided for me. EECK. I will have very little control over what I eat. Breakfast and lunches will be buffets....

I could run up to my room between presentations and whip up a green drink!
So what am I going to do? Buying a second plane ticket for Mr. Juicer is not an option. Well, I have come up with a plan of attack. First, breakfast is served from 7-8am. I am going to get up at at 6am and rush down to the hotel gym. Unfortunately, I am supposed to do 60 minute cardio sessions, but I am going to have to condense it to 30 minutes. I will then have 45 minutes to get conference ready and head to breakfast with 30 minutes to spare. Each day. Yeah for me. For food, I am going to follow the plate as much as possible:
