I had an early morning meeting today and that meant I had to leave the house at 6:30am for BifG and then go straight to work. Today's workout included two segments, an upper body workout and a lower body workout.
Upper body segment (using 12lbs dumbbells, 15 reps):
Repeat for 5 rounds....
Lower body segment (using 75lbs barbell, 15 reps)
30 lunges (15 each leg)
30 step-ups (15 each leg)
Repeat for 3 rounds....
After the workout, I was a bit slimy. But hey, it was nothing that a few baby wipes could not handle!
A few minutes later I was too emerged a gloooorrrius butterfly:
