Well, raise your hand if you are having first day of work jitters...
|Just me? That is okay.
I have prepared a healthy meal to take to the office:
Saute some red onion, garlic, and red pepper in a pan with olive oil.
Meanwhile, cook 1 box of cous-cous as directed.
After the onions are soft, add halved 'lil tomatoes to the pan and cook until "stewed-like"
After cous-cous is done transfer to big bowl and add onion/garlic/tomato mix
Add one package of feta to the bowl and stir
I have pre-packed my gym bag for a post work workout.

One of the perks of the new job is that I get a major discount on a gym membership. I already have a 24 Hour Fitness (largest gym chain) membership and that gym is located less than a mile from my house. EASY. The gym discount offered by the new company is to Golds Gym (the second largest chain). I would not need access to Golds if I were leaving from my house, but there is a Golds Gym a mile from my office. Hmmmm, should I pay the nominal extra to workout at lunch or immediately after work? Maybe. I don't have to decide yet. The plan for tomorrow is to go STRAIGHT to 24 Hour Fitness after work and get my workout in before I even pull into my driveway.
By the time I get home, HM will be done with his Monday night boxing routine and we can grab some sushi.

Question sweets, do you workout before of after work? If any of you workout at lunch, what tips can you give me (and other readers) for transitioning back to the office?
