Well, as my weekend in Vegas comes to a close I have started to go over what awaits for me back home. Of course I mean workouts and food wise. That's the thing about vacations, even with your best intentions, you get off track. I was able to sneak in a few workouts while I was away, but the unfortunate truth is that the gym was not the only thing I sneaked in:
Recipe: Take an Oreo, put a freshly made donut around it, dip in a vanilla malt milkshake. Enjoy.
I was as good as it looked, but I know that is a special event treat. I can't do things like that too often, even if I work out. I don't have enough time in my day to work off that many calories! So here is my regular workout schedule for the week:
Monday: 3 mile easy run + weights (D)
Tuesday: Pilates + 30 minutes of cardio
Wednesday: Track run 2x1/2 + weights (E)
Thursday: Pilates + 30 minutes of cardio
Friday: weights (F) + cross train 1hr.
Saturday: Long run 5 miles
Sunday: Yoga Stretch (optional)
So there is a normal week in the life of Sweating Sugar. Thank you Las Vegas, we had a wonderful time..................
