Good morning sweets,
Grab a pen and paper and get comfy. I am about to give you some words of wisdom. You are never too old to do something. That's right sweets.This thought came to me about 4am last night as I lay awake, waiting for the clock to strike 5am (which I consider to be the cut off for burglars, rapists and hooligans to break into my house.) Since HM is still in Arizona, I stayed alone in our house for the first time.
Sure I questioned myself. "Am I too old to be sleeping with the lights on?" I decided no. Furthermore, I don't like that idea- being to old to do something- it is essentially saying that you missed that part of your life, too bad. Well I say grab your glow sticks and get to that rave you have been wanting to go to. You only get one shot at life and you really don't want to miss out on any of it.
I have been reminiscing a little lately and going through old photos. I noticed something. HM and I clearly don't feel too old for costume parties!!!
Now this blog is of the health and fitness kind and so of course I would have to plug something health related. I have heard that the body you have at 40 is the body you grow old with. Physical fitness is very important to a healthy life. To ensure you can experience the most out of your life, take care of yourself. Today. Tomorrow. Yesterday.
What is something that you do that some people would consider you too old to do? I must know sweets!
