I may or may not have had some friends over last night and I may or may not have stayed up too late having too much fun. This may or may not have had an impact on how I felt this morning:

I am a little behind on my weight lifting for the week, so even though it is not usually a weight lifting day, I will be squeezing in some bar bells with workout E.
After that, HM and I will be heading over to the track for this weeks speed workout. By the end of the day we should be a little closer to our big 164 miles by 8/20/11 goal. Currently, our goal seems a little far away:
Clearly I am going to need something more serious than coffee in the way of fuel because that is not all that is on the plan for today. This evening, I will be taking a class with my friend Sophy. It is called Xtend Barre. From what I have been told, it is like ballet meets pilates mixed with crossfit.
I am not sure how wide spreed this new workout craze is, or if there is something similar in your city but you can live vicariously through me when I recap it for you tomorrow. If I make it through this 3 workout day. Yikers........get mama some more coffee Buckley!
