Hello Sweets,

I am not sure if this is an indication of an underlying issue, but I drink a lot of water in a day. I mean A LOT OF WATER people. Is 3 liters a day excessive?

I do refill the bottles a couple of times before I open a new one so please keep your green comments to a minimum. Thanks ever so much. HM often laughs at me because I blame dehydration on everything.

Headache? You are probably dehydrated.

Overeating? Yep, dehydration.

Sweating too much? Oh, you gots the dehydrations for realz.

Mother won't return your calls? Locked your keys in the car again? Accidentally ran over a cat on your way to the gym? Oh, you betcha, all signs of dehydration.

Well maybe maybe not, but I do have a desire to drink water all day long. There is even a slight panic if I don't have a water bottle with me at all times. I am smart enough (well maybe, maybe not) to know that water can be obtained from many sources, like fruits and vegetables, but I want that water bottle handy.

Buckley gets most of his daily water from the toilet (ew, not really) or from roof run-off after heavy rains:

Poor lil guy. When your "big" sister bullies you and takes your food and blocks your water source, what the heck is a dog to do?

Rude Cat.

Well sweets, Its heating up outside. How much water do you drink a day?

  1. Love the cat blockout! My dogs just growl at the cat if he even gets remotely within 20 feet of their bowls. He, of course, ignores them.

I drink a good deal of water every day because in the Texas heat, you have to! Before I get to work I've drank over 20 oz of water and a 12 oz protein shake... let's just say, I'm cursing traffic if I'm delayed in any fashion.

  2. Too funny! I drink a good 150 ounces each day, more if I run further or it's particularly hot out!
And...I reuse smart water bottles too!

  3. Hey! I picked your recipe for my first oven dinner! Send me your mailing address so I can get your prize!

  4. When I'm at work, I drink at least two liters per shift, plus a little before work and a little after I get home.

Oh and I own a freakishly large number of nalgene bottles....Of course a couple of them are neon.

  5. I just started flipping through your blog (following from another) and laughed when reading this post. I am CONVINCED that whenever something is not right with me or my bf it's just because we haven't had enough water. he's a doctor and getting a little tired of my diagnostic strategy. I ALWAYS have a water bottle around, I buy cute ones to refill (lulu has some fun ones).

  6. Superb blog! Do you have any hints for aspiring writers?
I'm hoping to start my own website soon but I'm a little lost on everything.
Would you recommend starting with a free platform like Wordpress
or go for a paid option? There are so many options out
there that I'm completely confused .. Any ideas? Kudos!
